Since I experienced the earthquake in Turkey, it was very important for me to find a contractor from Turkey who knows the construction standards very well.
I am one of the first investors of Batumi Villas One Project. After the project was completed, I sold the house and I can easily say that I made a good profit.
It was my first overseas investment in my life. Thankfully the project was completed 6 months late which was okay for me, even though the coronavirus time.
