The house must be purchased directly from Batumi Villas in Turnkey condition
The property must be unused prior to renting it out through the program.

Terms and Conditions

The guarantee begins 1 month after the delivery of your house, giving time for any preparations before rental income starts.
Valid for an initial period of 12 months, and the option to renew will be mutually decided at the end of this period.
Homeowners are responsible for providing essential small household items such as plates, glasses, and other necessities, ensuring the home is ready for tenants.
