This guarantee is available to all buyers who purchase a new property directly from us. And, house price must be fully paid.
Terms and Conditions
Our Buy Back Guarantee allows you to sell your property back to us under the following conditions:
- The guarantee is valid for 1 month after construction of your house is fully completed.
- House must be unused.
- The buy-back price will be 15% more than the original purchase price.
Process to Initiate Buy-Back
To initiate the buy-back process, please follow these steps:
- Email directly to info@batumivillas.com about buy back.
- Schedule an inspection of the property with sales manager.
- Upon approval, we will arrange the buy-back transaction within 15 working days.

- No, the Buy Back Guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer.
- Yes, you can still exercise the Buy Back Guarantee if you have a mortgage. The outstanding mortgage balance will be settled during the buy-back transaction.
